Anti aging through calorie restriction is recently being more closely looked at as a way to create more longevity for those looking to age more gracefully and live longer lives with less health problems along the way. As someone who has spent the last decade of my life really diving into a healthier lifestyle, I?ve been able to generate more energy and vitality from my body in natural, uninvasive ways that truly create health. Calorie restriction (or so to speak) is one of those. However, I really don?t ?restrict? myself from anything. I have just taken on a healthier lifestyle by eating well in the ways that follow.
